Total Commission: $10,000.00

COMMISSIONED ARTWORK

Creation of one original large-scale artwork designed specifically for installation within the jazz club.

The finished composition will measure approximately 60 inches high × 20 feet wide and may be divided into approximately four individual canvas panels for fabrication, transportation, and installation.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

The Client may select one of the following:

PAYMENT IN FULL — $10,000.00
Full project balance paid upon acceptance.

2/3 INITIAL PAYMENT — $6,667.00
$6,667 due upon acceptance.
Remaining $3,333 due prior to delivery/installation.

50% INITIAL PAYMENT — $5,000.00
$5,000 due upon acceptance.
Remaining $5,000 due prior to delivery/installation.

The selected initial payment secures the project and authorizes production to begin. Initial payments are non-refundable once production has commenced.

The commissioned artwork must be paid in full before final delivery and/or installation unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

CURATED ARTWORK DISPLAY

In addition to the commissioned artwork, Petie Parker may curate and display a selection of original artwork throughout the jazz club, creating a gallery-style presentation of available work.

All displayed artwork remains the sole property of the Artist until purchased.

Available artwork may include QR codes directing guests to artwork information, purchasing options, and/or direct inquiries with the Artist.

ARTWORK SALES

For original artwork displayed at the jazz club and sold as a direct result of its placement at the venue, proceeds from the artwork sale will be divided:

Artist — 70%
Jazz Club — 30%

The 70/30 commission applies specifically to existing artwork displayed for sale through the jazz club presentation.

Any applicable sales tax will be collected separately from the artwork's listed sale price and will not be deducted from the Artist's 70% share or the Jazz Club's 30% share. For example, if an artwork is listed at $8,000, the Artist's share is $5,600 and the Jazz Club's share is $2,400, with applicable sales tax charged separately to the purchaser.

Any extraordinary shipping, delivery, or installation expenses requested by the purchaser will be handled separately and will not reduce the Artist's 70% share unless agreed to in writing.

DISPLAYED ARTWORK

All unsold artwork displayed throughout the jazz club remains the property of Petie Parker.

The Artist may periodically rotate, replace, add, or remove artwork from the display with reasonable coordination with the venue.

The jazz club agrees to exercise reasonable care in protecting artwork while it is on the premises and to promptly notify the Artist of any loss, theft, or damage.

CUSTOM COMMISSIONS

Any request for a new or custom artwork resulting from a guest discovering Petie Parker through the jazz club shall be treated as a direct commission between the collector and the Artist.

Petie Parker retains 100% of all custom commission fees and proceeds.

The jazz club will not receive a commission, referral fee, or percentage from custom artwork commissions unless a separate arrangement is agreed upon in writing.

OWNERSHIP & COPYRIGHT

Ownership of the physical commissioned artwork transfers to the Client after the full $10,000 commission fee has been received.

All copyright, reproduction, print, licensing, merchandising, digital, and derivative rights remain exclusively with Petie Parker unless expressly transferred through a separate written agreement.

The Artist retains the right to photograph, film, reproduce, publish, exhibit, and use imagery of the commissioned artwork for portfolio, press, exhibitions, social media, promotional, archival, and commercial purposes.

Payment Due to Begin Production:
$10,000 paid in full, or
$6,667 initial payment, or
$5,000 initial payment.

Artwork Display Sales: 70% Artist / 30% Jazz Club
Custom Commissions: 100% Artist

Acceptance and payment of this invoice constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of the terms stated above.
