For example, if an artwork is listed at $8,000, the Artist's share is $5,600 and the Jazz Club's share is $2,400, with applicable sales tax charged separately to the purchaser.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eAny extraordinary shipping, delivery, or installation expenses requested by the purchaser will be handled separately and will not reduce the Artist's 70% share unless agreed to in writing.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003e\u003chr\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003ch1\u003e\u003cspan\u003eDISPLAYED ARTWORK\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/h1\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eAll unsold artwork displayed throughout the jazz club remains the property of Petie Parker.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe Artist may periodically rotate, replace, add, or remove artwork from the display with reasonable coordination with the venue.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe jazz club agrees to exercise reasonable care in protecting artwork while it is on the premises and to promptly notify the Artist of any loss, theft, or damage.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003e\u003chr\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003ch1\u003e\u003cspan\u003eCUSTOM COMMISSIONS\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/h1\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eAny request for a \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan\u003enew or custom artwork\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e resulting from a guest discovering Petie Parker through the jazz club shall be treated as a direct commission between the collector and the Artist.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan\u003ePetie Parker retains 100% of all custom commission fees and proceeds.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe jazz club will not receive a commission, referral fee, or percentage from custom artwork commissions unless a separate arrangement is agreed upon in writing.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003e\u003chr\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003ch1\u003e\u003cspan\u003eOWNERSHIP \u0026amp;
